Zusammenfassung
ASV ist ein komplexer „advanced dual-control inter-breath-mode“, der mandatorische Atemhübe liefern kann und spontane, druckunterstützte Atemzüge erlaubt. NAVA ist ein Spontanatmungsmodus mit proportionaler Druckunterstützung. Ziel ist eine geringere Beatmungsinvasivität und Beatmungsdauer. Die Überlegenheit gegenüber konventionellen Beatmungsformen ist nicht erwiesen.
