Zusammenfassung
Unter dem Begriff der aplastischen Anämie (AA) werden Zustände mit leerem oder hochgradig hypoplastischem Knochenmark und konsekutiver peripherer Zytopenie zusammengefasst. Ein hyperplastisches Mark mit peripherer Zytopenie weckt den Verdacht auf eine Myelodysplasie und schließt eine Knochenmarkaplasie aus. Da eine heterogene Gruppe von Störungen der Blutbildung Ursache einer Knochenmarkaplasie sein kann, sollten folgende Krankheitsgruppen unterschieden werden:
