Curricula von Universitätsfakultäten werden meist nicht aus dem Blickwinkel der Individuen formuliert und diskutiert, sondern unter den Perspektiven einer marktkonformen Ökonomie, von sozialen und politischen Rahmenbedingungen in Kombination mit der politisch kontrollierten Bürokratie – wie Forschungsministerien – zur Aufrechterhaltung und Stabilisierung des nationalen Staatswesens.
