Zusammenfassung
Die Matrix ist ein Werkzeug, um Menschen zu helfen, sich aus Blockaden zu lösen. Nach unserer Erfahrung tragen die Schritte aus Teil 1 recht umfassend dazu bei, Klienten in der Beziehung zu ihrem inneren Erleben so umzutrainieren, dass sie besser in der Lage sind, auch in Gegenwart von inneren Hindernissen die Wahl zu treffen, zu tun, was ihnen wichtig ist. Dabei ist es egal, ob Sie die in Teil 1 dargestellten sechs Schritte in sechs aufeinanderfolgenden Sitzungen oder in anderer Weise vermitteln. Anders formuliert, sind diese sechs Schritte ein ziemlich effektives Training psychischer Flexibilität.
