Zusammenfassung
Die Matrix kann in andere Ansätze integriert werden. Wie in Kap. 9 gezeigt wurde, haben wir sie mit der funktional-analytischen Psychotherapie kombiniert, um fokussiert auf die therapeutische Beziehung zu arbeiten. Wir haben sie auch in einen auf Mitgefühl gerichteten Ansatz eingebaut (Tirch et al. 2014). Andere haben sie in Verbindung mit Verhaltensaktivierung (Behavioral Activation, BA), Schematherapie, Achtsamkeitstraining, motivierender Gesprächsführung, integrativer Verhaltenstherapie für Paare, dialektisch-behavioraler Verhaltenstherapie, psychodynamischer Therapie, kognitiver Verhaltenstherapie, emotionsfokussierter Therapie und natürlich auch mit herkömmlicheren ACT-Vorgehensweisen verwendet.
