Zusammenfassung
Der Patient erhielt bereits 1994 mit 38 Jahren eine Hüfttotalprothese rechts bei Coxarthrose. Der postoperative Verlauf war komplikationslos. Die letzte Kontrolle 2011 zeigte eine unveränderte Prothesenlage in der Röntgenuntersuchung (◘ Abb. 18.1). Beim Patienten war eine Adipositas sowie ein insulinpflichtiger Diabetes mellitus bekannt. Aus den Unterlagen geht hervor, dass er seit Jahren eine 100 % Invalidenrente bezog.
