Soit ḵ un corps commutatif valué complet, de caractéristique 0. On désigne par On (resp. ℱn) l’anneau des séries convergentes ḵ{x1, …, xn} (resp. l’anneau des séries formelles ḵ[[x1, …, xn]]) en les indéterminées x1, …, xn á coefficients dans ḵ. Une ḵ-algèbre A est analytique (resp. formelle) s’il existe n∈ℕ tel que A soit isomorphe á un quotient de On (resp. ℱn). Dans les trois paragraphes suivants, nous donnons quelques propriétés communes aux algébres analytiques et formelles: les démonstrations seront faites dans le cas analytique, le cas formel se traitant de façon analoque.
