Zusammenfassung
Vielen Vitaminen und anderen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln wird nachgesagt, dass sie unser Krebsrisiko senken oder sogar Krebs heilen können. Zudem ist bekannt, dass einige entzündungshemmende Medikamente wie beispielsweise Aspirin das Risiko an Darmkrebs und anderen Krebsarten zu erkranken deutlich senken können. In diesem Kapitel hinterfragen wir, welche Vitamine, Mineralstoffe und Medikamente tatsächlich das Krebsrisiko beeinflussen und bei welchen mit gefährlichen Nebenwirkungen zu rechnen ist.
