Zusammenfassung
In diesem Abschnitt wird der Beschleunigungssensor eines Smartphones genutzt, um die Radial- und Tangentialbeschleunigung eines Pendels zu messen. Das Smartphone wird in diesem Experiment an zwei dünnen Fäden aufgehängt und so als Pendel verwendet. Im Ergebnis wird der Einfluss von Zentrifugal- und Erdbeschleunigung auf die Radialbeschleunigung und der Zusammenhang zwischen Amplitude und Tangentialbeschleunigung deutlich. Darüber hinaus wird beim Vergleich des theoretischen Wertes der Schwingungsperiode aus der Kleinwinkelnäherung mit der Periode der Beschleunigung ersichtlich, wie sich der gemessene Wert dem theoretischen Wert bei kleinen Amplituden annähert.
