Erinnern Sie sich noch an das Freundschaftsspiel zwischen Red Bull Salzburg und dem FC Bayern München am 18. Januar 2014 in der Salzburger Red Bull Arena? Damals traf der Startrainer Pep Guardiola auf den noch weitestgehend unbekannten Salzburger Trainer Roger Schmidt. Das Spiel endet für alle Beteiligte etwas überraschend mit 3:0 (Abb. 18.1). Obwohl es ein Freundschaftsspiel war, traf Guardiola später im Interview bemerkenswerte Aussagen:
