Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel … rede ich dir den Stress erst einmal schön schlecht. Nicht umsonst klagen die meisten über diesen ständigen Begleiter. Stress verursacht hohe seelische und körperliche Belastungen, doch die wenigsten wissen, welche Folgen er auf die Leistung hat. Wenn Stress lange andauert, kann er eine Reihe von Kettenreaktionen auslösen und auf andere Aspekte des Lebens abfärben. Probleme wie Lustlosigkeit, Schlafstörungen, Irritationen und Depressionen sind nur einige davon, und Stress verringert somit auch die Energie und Leistungsfähigkeit. Du lernst in diesem Kapitel Methoden kennen, die bei der Stressbewältigung helfen können. Aber wie kannst du dem Alltagsstress entgehen? Was passiert im Gehirn bei Stress? Warum solltest du anderen helfen, gerade wenn du gestresst bist? Aber halt! Nicht jede Art von Stress ist schlecht für Geist und Körper. Du wirst sehen, dass deine Einstellung enorme Auswirkungen auf dein Wohlbefinden hat.
