Zusammenfassung
Die Entwicklung des Lebens lässt sich in sechs Phasen untergliedern. Organische Moleküle können in der kontinentalen Kruste in der Vertikalen über weite Strecken gebildet werden. Durch Auflösung von Gesteinsmineralen werden Phosphat, Metalle, Bor und andere Stoffe freigesetzt. Ein Sammelvorgang durch aufsteigende überkritische Gase führt zu einer starken Anreicherung in Kavitäten der Übergangszone zum unterkritischen Gas in ca. 1000 m Tiefe. Hier liegt der Bildungsort für Vesikel und Peptide. Die Verhältnisse bieten optimale Bedingungen für notwendige Energie und Entropieerhöhung. In einem hypothetischen Modell werden die Voraussetzungen für die Bildung der ersten Zelle diskutiert. Hiernach begann nach Bildung erster unspezifischer Synthetasen und tRNAs eine Selektion von Proteinen aus nur zwei Aminosäuren. Eine gleichzeitige Speicherung der Information in einer RNA ermöglichte die Entwicklung spezifischer Synthetasen, mit denen das Prinzip Leben startete.
