Zusammenfassung

Die Grundlage für die Entstehung verschiedenster stressbedingter Störungen wird bereits früh in der Entwicklung gelegt. Frühe stressreiche oder traumatische Erlebnisse, ebenso wie pränatale Stressoren, können die individuelle Anfälligkeit für das Auftreten psychischer und körperlicher Erkrankungen über die gesamte Lebensspanne erhöhen. Auf welche Weise aber können frühtraumatische Erfahrungen Einfluss auf unsere Sensibilität gegenüber einem breiten Spektrum von Erkrankungen nehmen?
