Zusammenfassung

Im Umgang mit Abwehrmechanismen und dem Widerstand entwickelte Davanloo Interventionen, die er als „Challenge“ zusammenfasste. Herausforderung macht Patienten mit der unbewussten Abwehr vertraut, ermöglicht ihnen, sich gegen dysfunktionale Widerstände zu wenden und mobilisiert die Übertragungskomponente des Widerstands. Dieses Kapitel setzt sich mit diesen Interventionstechniken näher auseinander und erläutert sie an verschiedenen klinischen Beispielen.
