Zusammenfassung
Unter dem Beatmungszugang versteht man den Weg über den die Beatmungstherapie am Patienten durchgeführt wird, d. h. die Verbindung von Beatmungssystem und Patient. Grundsätzlich muss zwischen nichtinvasiven und invasiven Beatmungszugängen unterschieden werden. Die unterschiedlichen nichtinvasiven Beatmungszugänge und das Trachealkanülenmanagement werden ebenso wie das Sprechen unter invasiver Beatmung in diesem Kapitel erörtert.
