Zusammenfassung
Gesetze zum Neuroenhancement gibt es bislang nicht. Die bestehenden Gesetze hinsichtlich Verkauf und Beratung bei Medikamenten und artverwandten Mitteln sowie das Anti-Doping-Gesetz stellen aber Anhaltspunkte dar, wie man zukünftig juristisch mit Hirndoping umgehen könnte.
