Zusammenfassung
Informationen über Neuroenhancement sowie die Mittel selbst werden meist im engen Freundeskreis beschafft. Auf Grund der Stigmatisierung von Hirndoping scheint dies der Ort zu sein, an dem sich die (zukünftigen) Konsumenten sicher genug fühlen, um sich über diverse Aspekte des Neuroenhancements offen auszutauschen und sich die entsprechenden Mittel dort zu verschaffen.
