Zusammenfassung
Wir führen seit 1993 alljährlich ein Doktorandenseminar über „Corporate Governance“ an der Universität St. Gallen durch. Aufgrund der periodischen Analyse der Boardpraxis durch die Doktoranden, lassen sich bei vielen Unternehmen folgende Schwachstellen festhalten:
