Dieses Kapitel bietet einen Überblick über die psychologischen Ansätze zur Migration: Akkulturation, kulturelles Lernen und den stresstheoretischen Ansatz. Auch die psychologischen Erfolgsbedingungen und Prozesse bei den wirtschaftlich relevanten Auslandsentsendungen werden betrachtet.
