Zusammenfassung

Übungen auf Matten können bei den meisten Patienten mit den unterschiedlichsten Krankheitsbildern angeboten werden: U.a. bei neurologischen, orthopädischen und rheumatologischen Erkrankungen, bei Erwachsenen wie auch bei Kindern. In diesem Kapitel zeigen wir zahlreiche Übungen ausgehend von den verschiedenen Ausgangsstellungen des Patienten.
