Zusammenfassung
Bei 3-MRGN ist häufig eine Monotherapie mit einer wirksam getesteten Substanz möglich, wobei sich die therapeutische Palette durch Temocillin erweitern lässt und teilweise auch über den erfolgreichen Einsatz von hochdosie rtem Piperacillin /Tazobactam oder Amoxicillin /Clavulansäure (im Gegensatz zu Piperacillin/ Tazobactam kein Inokulum-Effekt) anstelle von Carbapenemen bei ESBL-Bildnern berichtet wird.
