Störungen der weiblichen Sexualfunktion bei onkologischen Patientinnen

Zusammenfassung

Mit steigender Überlebensrate und fokussierter Bemühung zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität bei KrebspatientInnen, wird die Sexualität ein zunehmend wichtiger Punkt auch in der Nachsorge der PatientInnen. Diesbezüglich existiert bereits eine multiprofessionelle Plattform der Vienna Comprehensive Cancer Center an der Medizinischen Universität Wien (Sexual Health in Cancer Patients – CCC-SHCP). Neben den aktuellen Forschungsaspekten, wird in diesem Artikel auf wesentliche klinische Themen in der Behandlung der (Krebs-)PatientInnen, wie Einteilung der Sexualstörungen, Sexualität nach dem Überleben, Sexualität als Ressource, Fertilität nach Therapie onkologischer Erkrankungen und Sexualtherapie im Rahmen der onkologischen Rehabilitation eingegangen.
