Gefäßzugang bei Hämodialyse

Zusammenfassung

Primär sollte als Gefäßzugang für die Hämodialyse eine radiocephalische Fistel am Handgelenk angelegt werden; wenn dies nicht möglich ist, eine brachiocephalische Fistel am Ellenbogen und erst danach eine transponierte brachiale V. basilica Fistel. Nach Ausschöpfung dieser Möglichkeiten ist der Prothesenshunt aus synthetischem oder biologischem Material eine akzeptierte Option, wobei zunächst die Unterarm-Loop-Prothese (bevorzugt vor einer geraden Prothese) und dann erst die Oberarm-Shuntprothese versucht werden sollten.
