Zusammenfassung

Die Vorstellungskraft kann die Wirksamkeit jedes Medikaments und jeder medizinischen Behandlung erhöhen. Dies nennt man den Placebo-Potenzierungseffekt. Durch die bewusste Unterstützung der angeborenen, unbewussten Fähigkeit, die Gesundheit und Selbstheilung fortlaufend im Bündnis mit der üblichen medizinischen Behandlung (engl.: TAU = „treatment as usual“) weiterzuentwickeln, werden die positiven Wirkungen jedes Medikaments erhöht und der positive Verlauf jeder medizinischen Behandlung – einschließlich Operationen – unterstützt (Placebo-Potenzierung). Im Fall einer Krankheit wird man weniger Medikamente in jeweils einer kleineren Dosis mit weniger bis gar keinen Nebenwirkungen sowie einen besseren, erfolgreicheren Verlauf erzielen. Hier wirkt die Placebo-Potenzierung der üblichen medizinischen Behandlung zusammen mit der Schwächung des Nocebo-Effekts des dritten dramaturgischen Elements (SDE-3). Die allerwichtigste Arznei Ihres Mediziners oder Ihres Therapeuten ist Ihr Vertrauen in ihn. Häufig geht es lediglich darum, Ihnen Ihre Ängste zu nehmen und zu ermöglichen, sich angstfrei und hoffnungsvoll in die Behandlung zu begeben.
