Zusammenfassung

Intrazerebrale Blutungen (ICB) und kardiale Erkrankungen sind auf vielfache Weise verknüpft: Liegen systemische Erkrankungen des kollagenen Bindegewebes vor, so können Patienten, die unter kardial indizierter Antikoagulation stehen, von einer ICB betroffen sein. Das korrekte Management ist dann oft schwierig und von schmalem Grat. Das Kapitel thematisiert diese Fallstricke und versucht, auf Basis der aktuellen Studienlage möglichst praxisnahe Empfehlungen für den klinischen Alltag auszusprechen.
