Zusammenfassung
Ein Überblick über die wichtigsten Systemtherapien und deren Nebenwirkungen sowie Anleitungen zum Management der Nebenwirkungen wird gegeben. Cisplatin ist neurotoxisch, nephrotoxisch und ototoxisch. Paclitaxel weist insbesondere eine kumulative periphere Neurotoxizität auf. Docetaxel führt häufig zu ausgeprägter Neutropenie, Diarrhö und Fieber. Die palmoplantare Erythrodysästhesie stellt eine typische Nebenwirkung des pegylierten liposomalen Doxorubicins und von Capecitabin dar. Bevacizumab führt bei ca. 7 % der Patienten zu Hypertonie ≥ 180/110 mmHg. Selten treten Darmperforationen und Fistelbildungen auf. Anthrazykline sind ab dem 2. Trimenon meist mit einem positiven Ausgang der Schwangerschaft verbunden. Frühgeburten und intrauterine Wachstumsrestriktionen kommen in ca. 25 % der Fälle vor. Trastuzumab kann mit der Entwicklung von Oligohydramnion und Wachstumsrestriktion verbunden sein.
