Zusammenfassung
Die Induratio penis plastica ist eine erworbene Krümmung des Penis meist nach dorsal, die mit Schmerzen bei der Erektion einhergeht. Die Prävalenz wird mit 0,4–9 % angegeben – wahrscheinlich mit einer hohen Dunkelziffer, da viele Betroffene aufgrund des Schamgefühls nicht zum Arzt gehen. Das durchschnittliche Erkrankungsalter liegt bei 55–60 Jahren. Assoziationen bestehen zum Formenkreis der oberflächlichen Fibromatosen wie dem Morbus Dupuytren und dem Morbus Ledderhose. Bei etwa jedem 5. Patienten liegt gleichzeitig zur Induratio penis plastica ein Morbus Dupuytren vor.
Die Pathophysiologie der Peniskrümmung, die Diagnostik sowie verschiedene Therapieverfahren werden hier im Detail vorgestellt und beschrieben.
