Transsexualität Frau-zu-Mann: Penoid- und Harnröhrenkonstruktion

Zusammenfassung

Obwohl die Angaben über die Prävalenz von Transsexualität stark variieren, steigt die Nachfrage nach geschlechtsangleichenden Operationen in letzter Zeit stetig an. Nach den gesetzlich notwendigen Gutachten und der Hormonbehandlung stehen verschiedene chirurgische Verfahren zur Verfügung. Grundvoraussetzung ist eine eingehende körperliche Untersuchung und ein ausführliches Gespräch mit Information über das günstigste Verfahren und mögliche Komplikationen. Da für viele Patienten die Miktion im Stehen von großer Wichtigkeit ist, stehen unter anderem eine Klitpenbildung (Metaidoioplastik) und verschiedene Techniken der Penoidkonstruktion zur Verfügung. Letztere ermöglichen nach Implantation von Penisprothesen einen penetrativen Geschlechtsverkehr.

Vor- und Nachteile verschiedener Verfahren sowie Komplikationen und Komplikationsmanagement werden in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt.
