Zusammenfassung
Im zweiten Grundlagenkapitel wird ein kurzer Überblick über theoretische Grundlagen zum Lernen in der Physik gegeben. Zunächst wird die konstruktivistische Auffassung diskutiert. Darunter versteht man, dass jeder Mensch den Sinn dessen, was gelernt werden soll, selbst konstruieren muss. Danach widmet sich das Kapitel dem Conceptual Change. Damit werden Prozesse beschrieben, bei denen bestehende Wissenssysteme umstrukturiert werden. Im Kapitel werden verschiedene Ansätze zur Beschreibung des Conceptual Change vorgestellt, u.a. der Ansatz, nach dem Schülerinnen und Schüler komplexe Modelle selbst synthetisieren, und der Ansatz eines fragmentierten, d. h. wenig konsistenten Wissens aufseiten der Lernenden. Ebenso wird der Einfluss von Metakognition auf den Conceptual Change erläutert.
