Zusammenfassung
Im Vordergrund der Entwicklung von Tumoren des Analkanals und am Analrand stehen HPV-assoziierte Neoplasien. Am häufigsten zeigen sich Condylomata acuminata, die je nach Lokalisation und Ausdehnung der Befunde konservativ oder operativ zu behandeln sind. Zu beachten ist auch die steigende Inzidenz analer intraepithelialer Neoplasien, die mit zunehmendem Stadium (Progredienz der Gradierung) als Präkanzerose für ein Analkarzinom gelten müssen. Entscheidend ist die rechtzeitige bioptische Sicherung oder besser die operative Entfernung, wie bei den Kondylomen immer unter Berücksichtigung der nur intradermalen Lokalisation der Erkrankung. Das Analkarzinom wird als überwiegend plattenepithelialer Tumor größtenteils und sehr erfolgreich primär durch Radiochemotherapie behandelt. Zur Therapie der anderen, sehr seltenen, anorektalen Malignome ist eine multimodale, chirurgisch-onkologische Behandlung angezeigt.
