Zusammenfassung
Laterale Instabilität, vor allem die chronische Instabilität präsentiert sich klinisch häufig nur als lateraler Ellenbogenschmerz. Die Arthroskopie des Ellenbogens stellt hier den sichersten Nachweis einer isolierten (postero-)lateralen Instabilität dar. Sie erlaubt eine Graduierung der Instabilität und eine entsprechend abgestufte Therapie im zum Teil offenen weiteren Vorgehen.
