Abstract
This chapter provides techniques for developing the process deliverables. For this purpose, the flow of deliverables is presented in connection with the customer process and the relevant support and management processes. The derived deliverables are then uniformly described in a list. A quality profile is drawn up for the most important deliverables, which defines the components and characteristics.
