Abstract

This chapter contains techniques for planning the process architecture. For this purpose, market segments are created from four elements of the business model. For the most important market segment, its customer segment is described by uniform criteria. The customer process with the most important requirements is developed on this basis in order to derive the appropriate process architecture.
