Zusammenfassung
Smart Glasses sind durch eine individuelle Prozessunterstützung und eine kontextsensitive Informationsversorgung ein vielversprechendes Werkzeug in der betrieblichen Qualifikation von Mitarbeitern. Ein nachhaltiger Einsatz einer Smart-Glasses-basierten Prozessunterstützung erfordert jedoch die Akzeptanz der Nutzer. Zur Messung der Nutzerakzeptanz vor der Einführung eines entsprechenden Systems wurden 105 Probanden aus dem Bereich der Landmaschinentechnik befragt. Unter Einsatz des Technology Acceptance Model konnten eine positive Nutzungsintention und deren Einflussfaktoren festgestellt werden. Die Erkenntnisse über die Akzeptanz von Smart-Glasses-basierten Systemen und deren Rückkopplung in das System-Design tragen zur Wissensbasis des IS Design und Service Systems Engineering bei. Darüber hinaus tragen die Charakteristika eines akzeptierten Smart-Glasses-basierenden Systems zur konkreten Umsetzung entsprechender Lernkonzepte in der Praxis der Aus- und Weiterbildung im technischen Kundendienst bei.
