Abstract
A clinical case of failed SLAP repair is presented with its clinical aspects and surgical details. Along the presentation the author presents the discussion on burning issues, such as, clinical and imaging diagnosis, SLAP repair or biceps tenodesis for primary treatment, and protocols to address patients with a failed SLAP repair.
