Zusammenfassung
Das Ziel der Untersuchung war es, anhand der Rechtsgrundlagen von nationalen und supranationalenVerwaltungsorganisationen den Einfluss von Organisationsformen auf das Entscheidungsverfahren und das Entscheidungsergebnis in der Regulierungsverwaltung im Energiesektor zu bestimmen. Die Rechtsgrundlagen bilden das Rückgrat von Verwaltungsorganisationen, denn sie enthalten die grundlegenden Elemente, die sowohl die Organisationsform als auch das Organisationshandeln bestimmen.
