Zusammenfassung

Schwangere profitieren von regelmäßiger körperlicher Betätigung. Verminderte bis gar keine körperliche Aktivität erhöht bei Mutter und Kind das Risiko für Adipositas, Gestationsdiabetes und hypertone Schwangerschaftserkrankungen bis hin zur Präeklampsie. Die Empfehlungen für Bergsport bei Schwangeren bis zu 2500 m sind moderates Bergsteigen bei unkomplizierter Schwangerschaft, indirekte Kontrolle der maximalen Belastung durch den Talk-Test, ausreichende Flüssigkeitszufuhr, Meiden von Bergsportarten mit hoher Verletzungsgefahr. Über 2500 m ist es zusätzlich empfohlen, eine langsame Akklimatisation durchzuführen; erst nach 2 bis 3 Tagen Akklimatisation ist Bewegung im sicheren aeroben Bereich möglich; große Anstrengungen sind nur nach einer Akklimatisation von 2 Wochen und nur im Bereich von 2500–3000 m durchzuführen; auf Symptome der akuten Höhenkrankheit ist zu achten.
