Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel bündelt die diagnostische Aortografie mit den großen Aorteninterventionen, nämlich EVAR und TEVAR. In den Unterkapiteln zu Auxiliareingriffen werden die Technik der Embolisation einer Endoleckage nach Applikation einer Aortenprothese, bzw. die Rekanalisation der Nierenarterien nach Prothesenüberdeckung vorgestellt. In den Unterkapiteln zu Aorteneingriffen findet der Leser Techniken zur Fenestrierung eines Aortendissekats bei True-Lumen-Kollaps sowie die Vorstellung des Einsatzes ballonexpandierender Stents bei massiv verkalkter Aortenstenose. Häufigere Eingriffe werden wieder in den Unterkapiteln supraaortale Stents bez. der Karotisstenose, sowie der Abgänge des Truncus brachiochphalicus und der A. subclavia behandelt.
