Zusammenfassung

Mit der heute immer mehr zunehmenden weltwirtschaftlichen Verflechtung steigt die Bedeutung der internationalen Logistik, deren Besonderheiten daraus resultieren, dass Liefer- und Empfangspunkte von Gütern in verschiedenen Ländern liegen. Es geht also um die Planung, Realisation und Kontrolle von grenzüberschreitenden Informations- und Güterflüssen. Die Besonderheiten gegenüber nationalen Logistiksystemen können dabei im Einzelfall sehr unterschiedlich in den logistischen Teilsystemen Auftragsabwicklung, Lagerhaltung, Lagerhaus, Verpackung und Transport auftreten.
