Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird ein Überblick über aktuelle Techniken zur laparoskopischen Versorgung von Ventral- und Narbenhernien gegeben. Die Autoren beschäftigen sich beginnend mit der Lagerung über die richtige Anlage des Pneumoperitoneums, der Einbringung der Trokare, der Ausmessung der Defektgröße, der schonenden Adhäsiolyse, der richtigen Vorbereitung des Netzlagers, dem möglichen Faszienverschluss bis hin zu Netzgrößenwahl, Fixation und minimalinvasiven Möglichkeiten der Komponentenseparation mit den verschiedenen technischen Möglichkeiten. Sie geben dabei einen umfassenden Einblick in die aktuelle Literatur mit entprechenden evidenzbasiertenEmpfehlungen.
