Zusammenfassung

Eine 48-jährige Typ-1-Diabetikerin mit einem um 8 % eingestelltem HbA1c-Wert, einem LDL von 135 mg/dl hat jetzt seit Entwicklung einer Albuminurie eine Insulinresistenz bei einem Anstieg des Body-Mass-Index von ursprünglich 23 auf 33. Hat sie jetzt Typ-2-Diabetes und ändert dies etwas an ihrer Therapie?
