Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden wichtige Grundlagen der Zusammenarbeit von Menschen in Gruppen und Teams beschrieben. Der Text erläutert was unter sozialen Systemen verstanden wird, welchen Einfluss die Gruppendynamik auf das Funktionieren von Teams bzw. Gruppen hat und wie sich diese Gruppenprozesse erfolgreich steuern lassen, dass sich ein leistungsfähiges Team entwickelt. Führungskräfte werden anders herausgefordert, wenn sie mit einem engagierten und selbstbewussten Team zusammenarbeiten und dieses auch führen sollen. Gefordert wird daher die Bereitschaft sich als Führungskraft sowohl als integrierender Moderator wie auch als Leader zu verstehen, um die Balance zwischen der Selbststeuerung der Teams und der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der vereinbarten Arbeitsziele innerhalb der Organisation zu gewährleisten.
