Zusammenfassung
Die Resilienz von Teams basiert auf dem Zugang zu Wissen und angemessenen Ressourcen, dem Willen und der Bereitschaft, zu lernen und sich zu verbessern, und der Überzeugung, als Team wirksam zu sein. Beziehungen haben eine besonders wichtige Bedeutung für den Umgang mit Krisen und das Arbeiten im Kontext von Unsicherheit und Druck. Beziehungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie der konstruktive, offene Umgang mit Emotionen werden daher immer wichtiger. In Zeiten beschleunigten Wandels und Innovationsdrucks ist es demnach entscheidend, eine Unternehmenskultur zu fördern, die Teamarbeit wertschätzt. Für die Förderung der Teamresilienz ist es wichtig, Potenziale und Ressourcen sichtbar und teamübergreifend zugänglich zu machen, das heißt Strukturen, Prozesse und Methoden anzupassen. Agile Methoden der Zusammenarbeit, basierend auf einer unterstützenden Kultur, können hilfreich sein.
In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Faktoren, die Teamresilienz beeinflussen und um den Zusammenhang zwischen Leistung, Beziehung und Teamresilienz. Es wird beleuchtet, wie resiliente Teams kommunizieren und Konflikte lösen, wie Diversität im Team zur Stärke wird und welche Strukturen, Prozesse und Zusammenarbeitsformen Teamresilienz fördern.
