Zusammenfassung
Führungskräfte, die die Resilienz ihrer Teams fördern wollen, setzen zuerst bei sich selbst an: Sie können mit ihren eigenen Energieressourcen und Emotionen gut umgehen. Dabei fördern sie das Vertrauen innerhalb des Teams und zu ihren Mitarbeitern, gewähren Freiräume und helfen ihnen, ihre Stärken weiter auszubauen. Resilienzorientierte Führungskräfte pflegen darüber hinaus einen aktiven und transparenten Kommunikationsstil, sie sorgen in ihren Teams auch in schwierigen und turbulenten Zeiten für Orientierung und Inspiration.
In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Fragen, was die neue Arbeitswelt für Führungskräfte bedeutet, weshalb Resilienz für Führungskräfte wichtig ist und wie Führung individuelle, Team- und organisationale Resilienz beeinflussen kann. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie Kommunikation – z. B. durch die Methode des Storytellings – resilientes Verhalten unterstützen kann und wie Führungskräfte im Unternehmen zu Energiemanagern werden, die mit Veränderungen und Krisen erfolgreich umgehen
