Als medikamentöse Therapie stehen antihormonelle (endokrine) Therapien, Chemotherapien und Antikörpertherapien zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren kann auch eine knochenschützende Therapie als Nebeneffekt eine Verbesserung der Prognose erzielen.
