Zusammenfassung

Nachdem in ► Kap. 4 Messmethoden vorgestellt und in ► Kap. 5 Modellvorstellungen zu Präsentismus beeinflussenden Faktoren und dessen Wirkungen beschrieben wurden, werden in diesem Kapitel Studienergebnisse zusammengefasst. Die Vielfalt der untersuchten Faktoren, die Art der Messung von Präsentismus und die Heterogenität der Stichproben erschweren die Systematisierung der Darstellung. Die Studien werden nach den Faktoren Person, Arbeit und Organisation gruppiert und innerhalb der Faktorengruppen nach untersuchten Variablen beschrieben. Innerhalb der Variablen ist das Veröffentlichungsjahr der Studie für die Reihenfolge der Darstellung maßgeblich. Das Jahr wurde gewählt, weil davon auszugehen ist, dass Forscher bisherige Ergebnisse sichten und in die Planung ihrer eigenen Studie einbeziehen. Am Ende jedes Abschnitts werden die Ergebnisse der Metaanalyse von Miraglia und Johns (2016) referiert, weil durch sie generelle Trends, die über verschiedenste Studien hinweg gelten, leichter zu erkennen sind.
