Zusammenfassung
Drei große Metaanalysen haben den empirischen Beleg dafür erbracht, dass Coaching wirksam ist (Jones et al. 2015; Sonesh et al. 2015; Theeboom et al. 2014; Kap. 8). Coaching zeigte sich als effektive Maßnahme nicht nur zur Unterstützung von individuellem Lernen und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung, sondern auch zur Leistungsverbesserung und Zielerreichung für Organisationen (Jones et al. 2015).
