Abstract

Nos dias atuais, a questão da liderança é um assunto popular, não só na vida organizacional moderna, mas na mente social em geral. O vírus da liderança se alastrou por todos os continentes, penetrando em todas as esferas da vida: educação, esporte, ciência, arte e até mesmo nas relações familiares. As empresas e as corporações estão se esforçando para serem líderes no mercado, os partidos políticos apostam em novos líderes carismáticos, os chefes de Estados democráticos e ditadores duros são igualmente ávidos por serem chamados de “líderes”, como jornalistas apressados geralmente os nomeiam. Países e nações inteiras teriam prazer em se autoproclamarem os líderes do planeta.
