Zusammenfassung
Der strukturierte Weg zur orthopädischen Diagnose des Ellenbogens umfasst die Inspektion, die Ellenbogenachse, die palpatorische Untersuchung, insbesondere palpatorische »landmarks« am Ellenbogen. Zur Bewegungsprüfung werden spezielle Gelenktests durchgeführt: Cozen-Test (Epicondylitis-radialis-Test), umgekehrter Cozen-Test (Epicondylitis-ulnaris-Test), Varusstresstest, Valgusstresstest, Pivot-shift-Test, posterolateraler Schubladentest, das Milking-Manöver, Push-up- und Biceps-hook-Test. Darüber hinaus werden das Vorliegen von Supinatorkompressionsschmerz und eine neurologische Diagnostik erhoben.
