Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird ein Simulationsframework beschrieben, das eine Materialflusssimulation und automatische Modellerstellung von cybertronischen Produktionssystemen (CTPS) ermöglicht. Das Simulationsframework wurde durch eine Komponentenbibliothek im Simulationswerkzeug Tecnomatix Plant Simulation umgesetzt, die eine Integration von agentenbasierten Simulationsansätzen in einer klassischen ereignisdiskreten Materialflusssimulation ermöglicht. Damit können sowohl die CTP-Sspezifischen Charakteristika, wie z. B. verhandlungsbasierte Fertigungssteuerungen oder autonomes Verhalten abgebildet werden, als auch die wesentlichen Anwendungsfälle zur Visualisierung und Bewertung von CTPS simuliert werden. Der generische, objektorientierte Ansatz ermöglicht ferner eine automatische Simulationsmodellerzeugung aus Systemmodelldaten und bildet damit die Basis zur Integration der Simulation in den modellbasierten CTPS-Entwicklungsprozess.
